We are a pet handmade factory, supporting full-chain OEM/ODM customization. We can provide custom designs based on provided images and support mass production.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Can I have a sample first and then order in bulk?

Do you support dropshipping business?
Sure, we accept orders starting from one piece.
What materials are available for the pendant? What are the requirements for the pet image?
Materials: Clay, Silver, Brass
Image Requirements: Clear photos are required; multiple photos from different angles can improve accuracy.
Do you support adding your brand logo to the outer packaging?
We can customize the outer packaging with your brand.
What is the production cycle for samples and bulk orders?
Sample production time is 15 days.
Bulk orders typically take more than one month.
Because these are handmade products, the production time is relatively long; your understanding is appreciated.
What happens if there are quality issues?
The product warranty period is 90 days after shipment. For quality issues not caused by human error (such as paint peeling or pendant breakage), a free replacement will be provided.
